Giving the appearance of a patchwork pattern "crazy quilt", this beautifully crafted presentation box is unique in its use of a large variety of gemstones including many stones which are native to the artist's Russia. These include: charoite from Siberia, amazonite from the Kola Peninsula, nephrite from Siberia, lapis lazuli from Russia, petrified wood from Kyrgyzstan, pietersite from Namibia, Tiger iron matrix from Western Australia, Noorina jasper from Australia, Ocean jasper from Madagascar, Oregon picture jasper, and Mexican Jasper.
