Worn either as a continuous strand of faceted moonstone beads or easily looped into a double-strand necklace with the use of a flexible gold vermeil hoop-form clasp, these gem-quality faceted Burmese moonstones originate from a sought-after locality for the mineral. Evenly matched for their bright whitish color and high transparency—their clarity is exceptional. Such a collection would have taken a considerable length of time to form. Above all, they beautifully display that desirable "billowy" adularescence for which this sought after gemstone is known. Alternating with 2.5 mm seed pearls and gold vermeil bead spacers, length 36in.
