Full scarlet morocco, raised bands, gilt spine titles and equestrian devices within panels, gilt horse-head devices within gilt rule at corners of covers, top edge gilt, marbled endpapers. Faint dampstain extending approx. 3-5 cm from upper and fore-margins of most leaves, light rubbing to joints and corners, faint staining to upper cover.

LIMITED EDITION, No 17 OF 50 LARGE PAPER COPIES, WITH AN ORIGINAL PEN AND INK DRAWING SIGNED BY BROWN. THE WORCESTER SMITH COPY. Additionally signed by Brown on the half-title. The renowned American sportsman Harry Worcester Smith (1865-1945) was Master of the Westmeath Foxhounds and a founder of the Masters of Foxhounds Association of America.
