Latin manuscript on vellum, [France, 14th century]. Single leaf from a breviary, double columns, 35 lines, brown ink, miniscule gothic bookhand, capital strokes in red, written space 98 x 57 mm, 9 initials in gold on blue and pink grounds with white tracery, 5 with border extensions including 2 full-length with leaves and/or berries. Matted and framed to 11½ x 8½ inches, unexamined outside of frame.
