A Sèvres style gilt bronze mounted urn
first half 20th century

Centered by a panel of a group of soldiers, entitled BATAILLE FONTENOY, the reverse with a landscape panel within gilt heightened borders against a cobalt ground, flanked by foliate scroll handles with mask terminals, on circular foot and square base with inswept corners, pseudo blue painted interlaced Ls mark.
