The case surmounted by three bacchanalian putti at play above pierced panels with alabaster backing, centered by the white enamel dial with Roman hours and Arabic minutes, inscribed Aubanel & Rochat a Paris, the twin train movement striking on a bell, the backplate inscribed Aubanel et Rochat Paris, raised on spool feet.
