A group of three bamboo flower baskets
Taisho/Early Showa period
The rectangular body of the first formed by irregular plaiting and raised on four bamboo supports stopping short of the flaring circular mouth in plain weave below a twisted bamboo handle; the second with bold diagonal strips inserted into the irregular plaiting of the ovoid body surmounted by a bamboo rope handle; the third of egg shape with a triangular base and irregular hexagonal plaiting, the handle of wrapped bent bamboo.
