A small quatrelobed bronze censer and stand
Xuande mark, 18th century
Its upright walls supporting a pair of cusped loop handles and raised on four short feet that conform to the recessed join of each lobe, the flat base bearing the six-character mark, the conforming waisted stand with scalloped aprons that resolve into four feet beneath the recessed top centered with a reticulated a cash pattern (wear to patina); together with a small tripod censer with loop handles, waisted neck, its globular body inlaid in silver wire with dissolved dragon panels and the curving base bearing wire-inlaid signature Shisou (surfaces cleaned).
