Two polychrome enameled porcelain bowls
The first an 18th century deep bowl comprised of high fluted sides covered to the interior and the exterior in naturalistic floral sprigs rendered in pale enamels and gilt all supported by a high foot (degraded, star crack to base, chips and rim frits); the second a 20th century jardinieré of everted rim surmounting perpendicular sides covered in a dense ground of vine and lotus patterns in a lime green enamel surrounding circular floral reserves, the high foot surrounding a recessed base bearing a six-character Daoguang mark.
