The bovine portrayed with a jovial expression, its head held upwards with large eyes, pert ears, and smiling snout surmounted by a massive pair of ovoid horns atop the massive neck, shoulders and stomach, all supported by four muscular legs on bifurcated hooves, the exterior covered with earthen adhesions, gesso and traces of possibly enhanced pigment to the ears, nostrils, mouth and eyes.
