11th/12th century
Of conical section, the interior and exterior surfaces below the chocolate brown mouth rim covered in a thick viscous black glaze of 'hare's fur' markings that pools unevenly in welts around the exterior to expose the russet hue of the unglazed walls, low foot and recessed base.
