A pair of French flintlock pocket pistols
late 18th century
Each with 3 inch tapered, fluted barrel in .37 caliber smoothbore. Floral engraved lockplates. Steel furniture with slight engraving. Full walnut stocks with relief panels at the barrel tangs and sideplates. Steel ramrods.
Condition: Fair. Metal with dark grey patina showing some light spotting. Finial of one cock bent. Stocks with chips, cracks, losses and filled areas.
