A lot of two Persian spike-butted Bronze Age axe heads
circa 1200-800 B.C.
Comprising: 1) Having four long spikes joined below the conical tips depending from a socket molded with four bands, each of three narrow ribs, the two central bands flowing diagonally and extending onto the sides of the flanged blade. 2) Another of similar design but with unflanged blade.
Condition: 1) Lower tip of blade edge broken.
