Two finely painted famille verte enameled porcelain bird and lotus dishes
Kangxi period
Each similarly potted with a flared rim to the curving well and raised on a short wedged foot pad, the designs of birds and bugs drawn to flowering lotus and water weeds rendered in black outline and richly hued overglaze enamels with traces of gilt visible on some lotus petals, each recessed base centered with a ribboned open lozenge mark enclosed by a double ring drawn in underglaze blue.
