The wide, curving well carefully formed and painted with a playful pair of birds roosting on bamboo and flowering prunus branches, a blue line band extending around the canted outside edge of the rim and the tall foot, the celadon-tinged glaze covering all surfaces except the foot pad with some kiln sand.
