An export mixed wood shodana and stand with overlay decoration

The rectangular case built with multiple storage compartments behind hinged doors fronted with figures, birds and plants overlaid in mother-of-pearl and bone, the removable crown and the panels backing the open display areas all reticulated with floral motifs that repeat in shallow relief across the aprons of the separately constructed stand with cabriole legs attached to a stretcher base (wear, age cracks, shrinkage).
