Two snuff bottles
The first of mottled brown glass imitating agate with a flat rim to the cylindrical neck, a flattened globular body and a flat oval base incised with the initials JF (chipped); the second a miniature rose quartz bottle with a circular-sectioned flat rim to the waisted neck and an oval foot ring to the body of flattened spade shape carved in relief with opposing butterflies.
2 1/2 and 1 3/8in (6.5 and 3.5cm) high
