Lucas as Brigadier General of Volunteers, with engraved vignettes and red wax-blue wafer seal, light creasing, matted and framed to 40 x 31 inches. Lucas was a veteran of the Vicksburg and Mobile campaigns. WITH: A second Johnson appointment, May 7, 1865, appointing Henry R.
