Sketchbook for Fox Outfoxed (1992) and the unpublished picture book "Miss Nelson Meets Her Match," 44 pp, ink, graphite, wash and some watercolor, 18¼ x 24 inches. Spiral bound Strathmore drawing pad, dated January 3, 1991, lacking rear board, one page cropped.

Perhaps Marshall's final sketchbook; it is only partially filled. Unlike the previous Fox Books, the story of Fox Outfoxed was credited to James Marshall rather than to his "cousin" "Edward Marshall."
