SALESMAN'S DUMMY, featuring selections from the text, several leaves advertising the book, lined sheets to list subscribers (a few of which are written on in pencil in a child's hand), and with 3 sample spines for the cloth, leather library style, and half-calf bindings fixed to the pastedown endpapers (a fourth has been removed).
