Oblong folio (260 x 390 mm). 6 finely hand-colored lithographed plates (140 x 190 mm and smaller), mounted on larger card leaves. Boards, lithographed title label mounted on upper cover, rebacked. Leaves strengthened at gutter with tape, title label with loss, rubbed.
Provenance: unidentified Zollikon (Switzerland) booklabel; Christie's, April 17, 1986, lot 338.
FIRST AND ONLY EDITION of this rare collection of still lifes, only one other copy of which can be traced at auction, having sold in 1957.
