2 volumes. 12mo (161 x 90 mm). [2], 438, [6]; [2], 406, [2] pp. 6 folding engraved maps and plans, 9 engraved plates (3 folding). Period mottled calf, raised bands, spines gilt. Title pages lacking, old dampstain to front of vol 2 affecting map, tears to two folding maps in vol 2, bookplates removed from front pastedown endpapers, upper cover vol 2 starting.

FIRST PARIS EDITION, published in 3 volumes in Amsterdam the same year. No Spanish edition of the work is known, and the portion detailing Coreal's travels have been cobbled together from various sources. Hough/Beinecke 141; Sabin 16781.
