2 works bound in one volume. Oblong 8vo (170 x 230 mm). Engraved throughout: pictorial title and 11 plates; pictorial title and 16 plates, plus one plate from another work; bound together with 15 further plates by Caracci of somewhat lascivious subject matter. 19th century vellum-backed boards. A little foxing and faint waterstaining, morocco spine label largely lacking.
Provenance: Victor Albert George Child Villiers, 7th Earl of Jersey [1845-1915] (Osterley Park bookplate); his sale, Sotheby's, May 6-14, 1885, lot 718.
