The standing figure carved with a separate pedestal base and mandorla, leaning slightly forward and holding a reliquary in his left hand and a shakujo staff in his right hand, his robes falling loosely over his thighs and hanging in long folds over his arms, eyes inlaid in crystal, applied with gold lacquer, gilt-metal jewelry, the rockwork base painted in polychrome pigments
