The hatchling shown struggling to free itself from its egg, it wings emanating flames and breaking the shell at the sides, the himotoshi formed by the tengu's emerging foot from the bottom of the shell, the exterior decorated with fallen leafs in inlaid ivory and horn, the eyes inlaid in dark horn, signed illegibly in a shell reserve
