1867-S 50C AU53 NGC
Rich silver-gray color with somewhat deeper argent accents at the obverse periphery and throughout the reverse. We are unable to locate a single abrasion of note. This is the first S-mint half dollar since 1862 with an original mintage of more than 1 million coins, and it is an important issue for Motto type purposes. (PCGS 6322)
