Late Qing/Republic period
Of unusual flattened lobed form, with large roundels of front-facing red dragons above a churning sea to the front and rear lobes, surrounded on the remaining exterior surfaces by elaborate multi-hued scrolling vine and lotus patterns on a dark blue ground, all supported by thick gilt-enameled foot rim (cracks to enamels).
