A cloisonné enameled metal box mounted with a jade plaque
Surmounted by a reticulated shuangxi jade pendant, the fitted halves closing to form a box of rectangular shape with canted corners, the exteriors covered in motifs of archaistic phoenix, vines and lotus, and the emblems of the eight immortals, all supported by a raised foot rim surrounding a recessed base enameled with repeating geometric spirals.
