Two hardstone necklaces with reticulated jade plaques
The first designed with pale celadon hardstone beads strung in two sections to either side of a carved jade plaque, each section in three strands, conjoined in the middle by two small jade carvings of a boy and a decorative tube, the metal-mounted white jade plaque in a ruyi-head form with reticulated design of a double-happiness character beneath a bat and between peony blossoms; the second constructed with off-white hardstone beads and two small deep-red plaques, terminated by a rectangular jade plaque, carved in relief to one side with 'changyi zisun' characters (to benefit a long line of descendents forever), reversed with a long incised inscription.
