A famille rose enameled porcelain ruyi scepter
Late 19th century
The head, rectangular middle node and tail section of the scepter with raised cartouches of biscuit porcelain enameled in turquoise and reticulated with floral motifs and shou medallions, the remainder of the exterior surfaces enameled with vine and lotus designs upon a yellow ground, the unglazed clay on the verso fired a russet hue.
