Depicting three brightly colored pilgrims huddling in the snow covered mountains observing two similarly attired youths frolicking in a lakeside pavilion nearby while a lonely crane flies before a distant bridge; all below a partially effaced inscription reading gu shan fang he bearing a jiashu year date (1934) and a dedication to a Lu Xinting; the plaque framed and glazed in a modern frame and matting.
