The tomb guardian presenting a fearsome visage with a curly beard, twisted horn and elephantine ears supported on an animal's body posed with its hoofed front legs upright and back legs haunched upon an openwork stand, the surfaces covered primarily in an amber glaze splashed for effect with green and colorless enamels, the unglazed head colored with polychrome pigments (repaired and retouched).
