The deep well centered by a freely painted but detailed roundel depicting two deer in a pine grove, surrounded by the steep cavetto adorned with fruiting branches and birds supporting the slightly flared mouth rim covered in a dense ground of geometric patterns separating numerous quadrilobate floral reserves, the walls of the reverse adorned with additional isolated abstract floral motifs amid the characteristically numerous gaps to the glaze, kiln sand, and kiln flaws (chip to rim).
