A silver goblet

The tapering spot hammered bowl with flaring rim, the bellied openwork stem pierced with stylised scrolls and applied scroll and loop body, on a spreading circular base with ropetwist border, inscribed "I WAS WROUGHT FOR DAVID LESLIE HATTEN BY COMMAND OF HIS BROTHER AFH 1923" and to the underside "OMAR RAMSDEN ME FECIT", height 13cm, and another goblet by Omar Ramsden, London 1938, the tapering spot-hammered bowl with reeded rim and rope-twist girdle, the stem cast in relief with stylised roses within a rose thorn border, raised on a steeped circular base, engraved "OMAR RAMSDEN ME FECIT", height 12cm, weight total 11.5oz.
