Seated cross-legged atop a double-lotus pedestal, finely modelled with the left hand raised in prithvi mudra and the lowered right hand in varada mudra, holding two lotus stems rising to the shoulders, the wrists, arms, neck and ears adorned with jewellery surmounted by an elaborate five-leaf tiara. 22cm (8½in) high
