A Junyao tripod globular bowl
12th/13th century
The bulbous body rising to a flat-lipped rim and raised on three short lobed legs, the base with a low recessed disc, all covered with a pale blue glaze with irregular splashes of purple tinged with bright blue.
12.5cm (5in) diam.
