Two Nabeshima enamelled saucer dishes
18th century
Painted in underglaze-blue and overglaze enamels with three mandarin oranges within lobed cartouches on a ground of hexagons, the reverse of one painted with three sprays of peony, the reverse of the second painted with a continuous peony scroll, all above a combed foot. 3.2cm x 11.3cm (1¼in x 4½in).
