Of tall deep form, finely painted in enamels and gilt, the exterior with a continuous design of swirling bands of white and coloured chrysanthemums alternating with irises and other floral motifs, the interior with a multitude of tiny butterflies, signed Dainippon Kozan zo. 9.1cm (3½in) high, 12.6cm (4 15/16in) diam.
