A bronze and ivory figure of a farmer

Standing in waraji, affixed to a rustic wood base, slightly bent over, with his hoe resting beneath his right arm, his left hand holding a renkon (lotus root), the figure's face, legs and hands of ivory; signed in an oval reserve Hideyoshi.
