By Kanemasa, probably 17th century
Of sugu-yari form with a single broad hi, narrow sugu-ba of nie and indistinct itame-hada; the long ubu-nakago with two mekugi-ana, signed Kanemasa; with red lacquered saya and black ishime lacquered tsuka with brass fittings.
The blade 46cm (18⅛in); total length, including nakago 85cm (33½in).
