Of upright form, bearing a rich roiro ground and lacquered on both sides with a hawk tethered to a perch, one of elaborate recumbent shishi form, the other of pillar form, with trailing tassels, all in gold and coloured takamakie with details of hiramakie and inlaid aogai, the interior of nashiji, signed Kajikawa saku with red pot seal ei; with ivory bead ojime, unsigned.
