In the form of the ghost of a Chinese court lady, her body rising from a vapour cloud, standing with her hands clasped and concealed within the wide sleeves of her robe, holding a fan across her chest, wearing a head-dress with her hair tied in a top knot, the light hinoki wood bearing traces of coloured pigment and gesso, unsigned; with wood storage box. 10.8cm (4¼in) high. (2).
