Bearing a striated red and black lacquer ground, simulating Negoro lacquer, decorated with a black bear leaning over the curled trunk of a flowering prunus tree, in gold and coloured takamakie, the interior of nashiji, unsigned; with a gilt-metal ojime pierced with trailing flowerheads.
