of inverted pear-shape on a splayed foot with a flaring neck and strap handle with bud thumb-rest, the body moulded with a band of inscription in kufic beneath a band of interlocking geometric design, the neck with a band of inscription on a ground of foliate interlace, the foot with a band of lozenge motifs
