4to (258 x 204 mm). [2], lxxx, 781, [3] pp. Errata. Engraved folding frontispiece map. Quarter morocco over marbled boards, gilt spine, edges stained yellow. Scattered faint spotting, faint offsetting to title, hinges strengthened, rebacked with earlier spine laid down.

First edition of Marsden's celebrated translation.
