4to (261 x 211 mm). xviii, [2], 447 pp. Large folding chart and 20 hand-colored aquatint plates (2 folding). Period mottled calf, gilt spines. Some offsetting from plates, one folding plate separated at fold and the other starting, occasional dust-soiling to margins, some loss to upper blank margin of contents leaf and list of plates, short tear to title and dedication leaf at gutter, upper board nearly detached.
