FIRST ENGLISH EDITION of several important actions, resolutions, and documents produced by the Continental Congress. As per the note printed on the verso of the half-title of the Journal, that pamphlet gathered together all that material that was left out of the Extracts published the year before, so that the two pamphlets together form the entire journal of the proceedings.
