Of irregular elongated contour, carved in high relief with incised details to depict an aged scholar walking beneath clouds and a pine tree in a rocky landscape with faceted rocks and vegetation that continues on the reverse side; the gray-green matrix richly mottled with light to dark russet veins and staining in natural fissure lines.
