A handwritten script for The Trail of the Silver Spurs
Monogram Pictures, 1941, 96 handwritten pages in pencil, undated. The script has the working title of "Ghost Town" which was later released as The Trail of the Silver Spurs. The film, directed by S. Roy Luby and written by Elmer Clifton and Earle Snell, was the fourth film in Monogram Pictures series featuring the Range Busters. The Range Busters were Monogram's answer to the popular Republic pictures Western trio the Three Mesquiteers. The film featured the original Range Busters Ray Corrigan as "Crash," John King as "Dusty" and Max Terhune as "Alibi."
