A case and accessories for the Colt Model 1855 Root percussion revolver
The rose velour-lined walnut case with partitioned interior. Accessories include a brass, two-cavity mold with Colt Patent's-marked sprue cutter, plain powder flask and opened green label Eley Brothers cap tin. Also included is a two page illustrated broadside Directions for Loading and Managing Colt's New Model Pistol.
Condition: Case exterior excellent. Lining showing some wear and fading. Mold excellent. Flask with scattered dents. Broadside with folds, light foxing and two tears.
